Björn Ullbrand is the Head of CFD at Validus Engineering. His professional career, since 1994, has been dedicated to fluid flow, thermal and particle analyses in a wide range of fields. These include medical devices, aeronautical engineering, offshore engineering, pulp and paper, and Formula 1 aerodynamics. His major focus is the development of innovative ways to combine commercial CFD software with new academic findings, with the aim of resolving customer challenges in the most efficient way possible.

Mr Ullbrand holds an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering.
