Tom Hayes was Vice-President of Global Sales for the life sciences division of ATS Automation. He established the pre-automation capability at ATS early in 2000 before turning his efforts to global sales. Prior to his time with ATS, Mr Hayes held various operational positions within a global pharmaceutical and medical device company, culminating in the Vice-President North American Operations role, and then operated his own consultancy firm focused on innovative manufacturing solutions.
