Dan Lock, Design Insights and Strategy Specialist at TTP, is a chartered ergonomist and human factors specialist. He leads research programmes to capture and apply design insights in the development of medical devices and digital health solutions. Mr Lock holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, and combines an evidence-based approach with a keen understanding of user needs to address the complex challenges of usability, safety and engagement in medical device design.
