Giacomo Bruno, PhD, is Digital Health Platform Lead at Gerresheimer’s Advanced Technologies division. In this role he combines engineering rigour with medical expertise and business acumen to develop hybrid device and digital solutions. Dr Bruno holds an MSc in biomedical engineering, a PhD in electronics engineering and an MBA.

Throughout his career he has developed healthcare solutions that bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and patient-centric care. From digital health ecosystems and software-as-a-medical-device to AI-driven innovations, he is driven by the goal of translating complexity into impactful outcomes that generate revenue, meet compliance and help transform lives.
