Maxime Ludwig is BAUMANN’s Head of Quality Operations (Switzerland) for the Medical Division. Mr Ludwig is originally from France and holds a master’s degree in Material Science, having gained his professional experience over the last 10 years in manufacturing engineering and quality management.

In his career, he has specialised in continuous improvement with the Lean Six Sigma method and in problem solving based on the 8D method, helping to maintain a co-operative customer relationship.
