About

Seda Aksel, PhD, is part of the global product management team, leading efforts on the development and lifecycle management of SHL’s device technologies, from concept through to production and market introduction.
In her role, she specialises in bridging the gap between the technical, strategic and commercial needs of SHL’s specialty autoinjectors portfolio. Prior to her current role, Dr Aksel worked in the medical device industry in various positions, including Development Engineer in R&D and Global Product Manager, where she oversaw the entire product lifecycle from ideation to commercial launch and post-market lifecycle management.
