Sophie Lelias is a Senior Marketing Manager, Global Marketing at BD, responsible for the Biologics Prefillable Syringe portfolio within the BD Medical – Pharmaceutical Systems business unit. Her portfolio includes the
BD Hypak™ for Biotech Glass Prefillable Syringe and the BD Neopak™ Glass Prefillable Syringe Platform. Ms Lelias leads the development of portfolio marketing strategies and oversees the commercialisation of prefillable syringe solutions for biologics. She is focused on driving performance and delivering value through deep collaboration with global and regional teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Greater Asia and Latin America.

Throughout her career at BD, Ms Lelias has held roles across the BD Interventional – Surgery, BD Medical – Infusion Preparation and Delivery, and BD Medical Pharmaceutical Systems businesses, with a strong focus on strategic innovation marketing. She has led numerous programmes from early development through launch, helping shape solutions that address unmet needs in the evolving healthcare landscape. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Brown University (Providence, RI, US) and is passionate about advancing patient-centred innovation in drug delivery.
